I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lumen (Bengaluru) in June 2013
Interview
The first round was Technical round. Second round was Managerial round(few technical) and last round was HR. Each section was at-least 45 minutes long. The first round play the key role in your selection. If you crack the first round then you are 65% done with your selection process. I would say if you have a skill of the subject(coding language) then it will be very easy for you to get the offer.

I applied through university. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Lumen (Bengaluru)
Interview
The recruitment journey begins with a rigorous coding assessment focusing on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). Successful candidates then participate in a dynamic hackathon, testing their problem-solving and collaborative abilities. Following these stages, shortlisted individuals will proceed to in-depth Technical and Human Resources (HR) interviews. These interviews aim to evaluate both technical proficiency and cultural fit, ensuring that selected candidates possess the skills and attributes necessary to thrive within the organization. This comprehensive process ensures a thorough evaluation of each applicant's potential.
