Lumen5 Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

The interview process was very smooth. First round was a recruiter screen, mainly reviewing my background and confirming if I needed visa sponsorship. The second round was with the hiring manager and an AE, focused on my exact work experience. The final round was a culture-fit chat with the VP. Everyone was warm and friendly, but the conversations were long, at least one hour.
