After sending in a resume and cover letter, you will be contacted by HR asking for several things. This will be a multistep process where the first step is a fabrication statement about something you did or built. The second was a puzzle and art statement; here you talk about some kind of puzzle and describe possible art and how it you feel about it. Then there are two online quizzes, one is a technical one about spotting differences in parts, while the other is a personality test. They then ask for 5 references (2 personal/3 professional). Then there are two interviews: a phone interview and a in person interview. The actual in person interview is grilling. First is a dexterity test, followed by a multitasking test and then a written test. The second part of the in person interview is to interview with the engineer manager, the technical director, and the production manager. The CEO is the last person who will interview you. Overall its a whole day interview so be ready to talk a lot. It was unfortunate that the CEO was not able to interview me due to unexpected business; it seems like the company environment in the offices was good. The people seemed driven in their field. The only thing I did not like was the company itself is kind of small and the offices are not as spacious as I would have liked. All in all it looks like a good company to develop skills in manufacturing and design engineering.
