Recruited by a headhunter for the role. I am not actively looking and am selective in my decision to sign on with a firm and was open and honest throughout the process. Conducted 3 interviews over the span of 1 month. Initial interview with CHRO, 2nd with Regional President, 3rd with CEO, followed by a request to take the Caliper assessment. The HR figure thought I was stoic and not super interested while on camera, odd as he was driving in another city the entirety of our interview so likely not paying very close attention to my camera viewpoint.
Interview with Regional President went great, and actually made me interested in the role. Interview with the CEO went well in my opinion.
After performing the Caliper assessment (which was the most ridiculous task I’d ever been given), the recruiter provided the feedback that some of the answers made them think it would not be a good fit. Also noted was that my typing speed seemed abnormally fast and made them question if I was reading off something I’d previously written.
