HR Screening Round Initial discussion about my background, experience, and expectations. Questions focused on my current role, reason for job change, and salary expectations. Technical / Functional Round This round focused on Business Analyst skills including requirement gathering, documentation, and Agile methodologies. The interviewer asked scenario-based questions to understand my thought process and problem-solving ability. Managerial Round This round evaluated communication skills, stakeholder management, and real-world project experience. Some situational and behavioral questions were asked.
