Luminar Manager interview questions

An HR person sends me a very inviting email. Later however, I get a very rude email asking me to see his online calendar and schedule the appointment. He had very limited availability considering that most people for this kind of position are working between 9am and 5pm EST. I had to reschedule due to a conflict and he did not follow up with the new appointment as he wanted the interview to be done that same day in the evening. Very rude. The workplace reviews must be true then.
