Luminato Festival interview questions

A classic interview with 3 people on the panel and basic questions. The interviewers were nice but didn’t really answer my questions, they were quite evasive. I didn’t get a sense of what they were looking for.

Pretty casual, the managers even had their friend sit in on the interview. There were three phases, two in-person interviews and one project. Their main priority seemed to be if they would like working with me, rather than my knowledge of the tasks at hand.
