The interview process was bad from the start. The recruiter was 15 minutes late. I was in Melbourne at the time, and due to the time difference, I woke up at 3am to join the meeting. Long story short, I made it to the final stage of the interview process and was then ghosted. I sent three follow-up emails and received no response from either the hiring manager or the recruiter. Still has not received a response; the interview process started 2.5 months ago. Very bad interview process
