Lumotive interview questions

Interview process was thorough. All of the interviewers were busy, very indicative of start up mode. The process was updated while I was there and I was kept well informed.

It is a small company with about 15 people in total. Most people in hiring team had no idea about the major responsibilities listed in the job description. So you can image random questions were flying away and nobady can really understand what I was talking about. Overall, I met some really nice people during the interivew but most of them were not the colleagues I want to work with.
