It was very easy, their questions were straight to the point. They let me know if I gave a good response after I answered each question. They made me feel confident that I was going to get the job and the next day I got a job offer.
Questions on people , confidence , timing , heavy on availability , can ask any question back you want . One interview and then a few emails wait. Dress responsible . Zoom call interview.

Interview
In groups of 40 we were put in a room and asked to do a few activities with each other. Basically what they're looking for is people that are outgoing, and always going to be positive around customers. I did some research beforehand so going in I knew what type of person they'd be looking for. We had to act out a story with three actions for everyone else to join in on, then with partners find out what your partner's greatest achievement was and tell the group. Somewhere from a quarter to half of the group's numbers were called through for the one on one interviews. I thought this was a great interview/audition, I really enjoyed it, and I think it's obviously a lot easier for them to get the right kind of people they want for the jobs.
