I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Luna Physical Therapy (Orange, CA) in June 2022
Interview
It was a quick and easy vetting process looking at my years as a physical therapist, areas of expertise, and specific job experience, followed by an easy application and I have still yet to do a credentialing packet which is the next step in my hiring. I’m told this takes roughly one hour.
Easy, low stress interview. Interview questions were not difficult to answer. It was done through a phone call. There was time to ask questions at the end of the interview.

I interviewed at Luna Physical Therapy (San Diego, CA)
Interview
It was a simple phone call, somewhat casual discussion with another PT working as a recruiter. I got to ask plenty of questions since I was also trying to determine if it would be a good fit for me.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Luna Physical Therapy (Reno, NV) in Aug 2023
Interview
Very easy interview process- a casual phone conversation with a hiring manager who was also a PT! It truly seemed like she was trying to get to know me as a person and a clinician. I think our call lasted about 45 minutes because we got along well.
