1 phone interview screen and 10-12 face to face interviews with various functional department heads in two rounds + IQ and personality assessment. Process lasted about 1&1/2 months from start to offer. Overall a thorough but fair and balanced interview process, aimed at identifyng my skills and fit with the organization and giving me a good understanding of the company situation and the role.

how to build value proposition for a brand and what experience did I have. Global brand launch experience. Cultural fit with the company values
Great experience. Easy application process, quick Human Resources screening phone call, then virtual hiring manager interview, followed by additional team members. Everyone was receptive and thoughtful in questioning throughout each interview.
Had approximately six interviews over the course of a couple of months. Long delays without hearing much. Everyone was very polite and Human Resources replied to follow up emails during the process.
