Not a lot of questions. Mainly ask about previous experience. There is also a CAD test, which is easy. Overall, the process is fairly easy. If they call you for an interview, you have a really good chance of getting hired.

Interview with CEO, where we had talked about expectations, pay, longevity. A relatively simple CADD test was given afterwards. CADD test was to draw a simple foundation plan in 30 mins. From there they compared all of the candidates. They try to make the process fast.
