      Talent Administrator Interview

      6 Mar 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Cape Town
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Luno (Cape Town) in Jan 2018

      Interview

The first step of the recruitment process was a telephonic interview with the hiring manager, thereafter I was invited for a face to face interview and was a bit shocked when the hiring manager told me there would be three more interviews and lunch with the team. However, when the day came for the interviews and the lunch I never felt more relaxed in an interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions asked by the hiring manager centred around my experience, career path and competency-based questions for the role. The interviews thereafter were with other stakeholders in the company that I will possibly be working closely with. Their questions were very specific and seemed to tie in with how my role could add value to their department and the possible work we may be collaborating on.
