I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Luno (Johannesburg) in Mar 2019
Interview
A pleasant, fast-paced interview process that shows Luno’s commitment to respecting your time and finding a candidate that is a great fit for their culture.
There was an initial Google Meet call, a coding test to screen candidates, and lastly a 2 hour in-person interview with a problem solving component, and more focused questions for the
role.
A background check is conducted after a formal offer is made.

Question 1
What work/project are you most proud of and why would you say so?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Luno
Interview
Very rushed and impersonal. Interviewers seemed completely disinterested and made the process insanely awkward and uncomfortable and robotic. They made it feel like I was just a random number with no name they put through the grinder.

Question 1
Series of random hacker rank questions 15minutes each x 3
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Luno (Cape Town) in Apr 2022
Interview
Non- only gave a programming question from hacker rank for an 1hr and no actual interview with a person from the company. So there was no sense of getting to know the candidate even if you fail the test.
