      Scrum Master Interview

      14 July 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Pretoria, Gauteng
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Luno (Pretoria, Gauteng) in June 2021

      Interview

Friendly, open and supportive process. You start off with your CV being reviewed and accepted, then you get a call (video call) with members of the team you would be joining if you get the position. If you make it through you then you chat with a person you would report to and then with someone about the culture of the company. If everyone is happy with you and how you engaged they make an offer of employment.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The interview did not revolve around the standard idea of questions. It was a lot of casual conversation and engaging with team members.
