The whole "interview" proses, from sending in my CV until I officially received the work offer took about two months, had 2 actual interviews (very informative and friendly people) At the time it was very stress full, but now I do understand why the process took so long. Luno wants the best people in order to look after their customers in the best way possible, customer service, loyalty and respect are extremely important to the company

first of all, we need to take Test AI online test the individual characteristic. Then, we need to take Test Objective based on the situation role through email within 24 hours period. Next, we need to go through the first Interview with 2 leader team via online. Lastly, Interview 2 APAC region leader

Quite lengthy - assessment needed, then 3 face to face interviews with a culture interview as well. Interviews are done at the home base in Cape Town, South Africa with various members of the team. These may range from other customer service associates to management and even the CFO
