You really only talk to 2 people. Pretty thorough, as far as your experience, management style, etc. You are required to take a personality test, which reveals your sense of dominance and management strengths and weaknesses, how you relate to staff.

Ease of communication, review of previous skills, and requirements of the position. Food voucher given, and follow up email. I had to complete a manager questionnaire as well as have an initial interview with the recruiter and the general manager where I was given a tour, and told I’d be a great asset to the company.

Professional, thorough. Gave a tour of the facility. Seems helpful and genuinely wanted my success. Gave me the impression the hours were long, which is why I didn’t take the job.
