They give you two interviews with two different managers. It is a fairly quick and easy process. Typically you hear back within a day or two, and training starts as soon as possible.
basic behavioral interview, just asked simple questions and experiences and server experience which is a requirement, if you answer yes you will probably get the job as most restaurants are desperate and have high turnover
