Interview
It's uncomfortable from the start. It feels like the CEO is trying to get ideas on how to better his business as opposed to learning about your background and experience.
If you are offered a job, he WILL lowball you on your salary. He's always looking for a deal and won't hesitate to undercut you by $10k - $15k.

Basically the formula is based on "someone's mad about something--what do you do?" which is of course only intended to elicit forms of the response "be nice".
