Like everything in an interview, think about this request from the interviewer’s perspective. What are they trying to learn? Why did they ask this? They have seen my communication skills, role and technical knowledge. Management was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to share that knowledge, Basically the interview was completely technical, it was Complete project related questions. Team mindset was excellent collaborative attitude.
