Recruiter reached out via text message to confirm availability and then set up a panel interview. One program director, two supervisors. One of the supervisor dont even face the camera and the camera was set up on the side which was very weird and awkward for me when conducting an interview. I thought the interview went well as I am well qualified. But never heard anything back. reached out to the same recruiter who contacted me via text message and no response whatsoever. I feel it was very unprofessional. The least they could say is no or just simple rejection email.

They asked the same set of standard set of questions to each candidate. I honestly don't remember many of them, but they were pretty standard. There was opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview as well.

The process ran smoothly in the beginning, and people seemed friendly. My contact was not particularly communicative, and I rarely had clarity about next steps. Interviews followed a standard format, and I had three people sit in on the first round before I withdrew to take another opportunity.
