I had a phone screening in which it was determined that my skills matched the position. Next, i was called in for a one on one interview, next a faced the group panel in the 3rd interview. I got a call later requesting for my references- I provided 4 references who provided excellent references. Later I got an email that the job description had changed- another phone interview later i was told i would be informed of the outcome in 3 days. A week after the promised outcome date, i was informed my skill set did not match their requirements for the position!
