They sent an email from a automated account to set up a time for an interview. Once my interview came they began by asking me technical questions. (of which they made no mention of in the automated email) They had no interest in me as a person or as a professional. At the end they didn't even try to tell me about the position very much. It was a very confident move by a company that designs light switches. I felt disrespected and immediately pulled my application from the company

Asked good quality technical questions to prove you knew your stuff, which is great at a company! The interviewer was kind and understanding. He did not get annoyed if I was flustered and challenge you to think about your answers.
