I applied online. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Charlton, MA) in Nov 2020
Interview
3 interviews. On average, over 1.5 hours each. One interviewer set up a hypothetical for me to solve that was completely irrelevant to what the job required. And then he kept pushing me to give accurate answers based on the guesswork initially requested. Despite successfully answering all the relevant questions correctly and expressing interest in working for the company for over 2 years, they didn't bother to state the reason(s) for rejection. There was a good amount of different people to talk to in various departments about the position and working for the company. There were no unanswered questions.

Question 1
Scenarios using Ohm's law to solve for power consumption. Programming to implement lighting controls. How to set up a microcontroller for lighting control. Puzzle on how to deduce the types of bulbs in a given installation. Using general knowledge of Boston, figure out about how many windows there are in total on the buildings (this was the irrelevant question).
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics in Sept 2022
Interview
I have scheduled the interview for 1 hour. The questions are mostly about Embedded C, System design, and the basics of electronics. There were also some unnecessary questions. I have answered all the questions and got the rejections without any reason. I strongly recommend not to apply to this company they judge you on your ethnicity.
