There is at least a four stage interview for a new Health and Safety role- London based. During all interviews,they promote a highly possitive culture and process,but never get updates.When chasing after the last interview with the HR Manager,been advised that there was a technical issue with the aptitude test taken- this was too senior for the role and, convinient enough the person dealing with it is on annual leave..after being successful with so many interviews over a 2 weeks period, you start loosing interest and wish the company would practice what they preach and increase communication,provide feedback regardless..a shame,really
