First think they asked me was about the salary. Then there is a technical interview, in depth knowledge of the following( ARP, DHCP, RSTP, STP, OSPF, BGP) - Based on the project, they may ask you about IPsec(security), MPLS, L2, L3-VPN (routing), MC-LAG, VC (switching).
