Some emails and calls with HR guy then messages from another HR person, then the first technical interview, a nice guy but low interviews experience, basic programming questions and patters, very introvert no complex questions just the same as other places. Second interview with Russian guy, strong accent, no talkative person or friendly but nice guy, interesting questions with required thinking and making conclusions, complex level in general.
