I was told that I would get bonuses depending on if the store made the goal. I had to be interview by 3 people (two store managers and the regional manager). Free eye exams for management (but there's a co-pay they left out). Free pair of glasses after you've been there a year.

Very friendly and professional it was a 2 interview process one with the manager and one with the regional manager also did some auditions and got some feedbacks and overall amazing experience.

Started from the bottom and performed one interview after the next getting tossed further up the chain. Eventually denied the possition because it was believed my leadership style was too Machiavellian.
