I never got to interview with the School HR as the offer the recruiter put on the table was very low. The interview was by phone. The questions were basic was mostly an introduction to the position and its responsibilities. I was invited to a 1:1 interview with the recruiter's manager but it was not possible after I was informed of the salary range (see "Why did you decline?")
