I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lydian Academy (Menlo Park, CA) in Sept 2016
Interview
The interview process is very simple. You speak with either one of the deans or the principal about your previous experience in education/teaching/working with students and then speak about your background. The interview is more of a conversation where you demonstrate your qualifications in various subjects and allow the interviewer to gain insight into your teaching style and personality. Because the classes are one-on-one it is important for them to see how well your style will mesh with specific student needs.

Interview
I went in and had a one on one conversation with Kaley. I feel it went well, and was told it would take 2 weeks to hear back. Unfortunately, they never contacted me, despite reaching out to at least one of my references.
