I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2017
Interview
I actually had what I believed to be a great initial phone screen with the recruiter. I asked thorough and detailed questions and it appeared that there was mutual interest, particularly since I had 15 years of WFM experience. I was told that my next interview would be with the hiring manager. That interview never happened. Within 2 days, I received an email from the recruiter stating that they would be going with other candidates. No explanation as to why I was no longer a candidate.
It's probably just as well. I was told by a friend that Lyft does not pay very well and they were probably concerned about having to pay me based on my experience. I was also told that they have an issue with hiring "older" people (I'm 36). No worries.

Question 1
Please explain a difficult situation you encountered at work and how you resolved it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in June 2016
Interview
Started with a few phone interviews since the offer came from out of state. These phone interviews included 1 with the recruiter himself, the hiring manager, and one of the potential coworkers. I then traveled to Nashville for a series of in person interviews with the heads of several of the departments that the position supports. The atmosphere was quite welcoming and personable. One of the first times when each interview felt more like a conversation than a traditional interview.

Question 1
There were some of the standard interview questions regarding how certain situations have been or would be handled, as well as familiarity with related concepts. But also questions regarding personality and the like to gauge how well I would fit in with the culture and area.
