I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lyft (Mountain View, CA) in June 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. She was very nice, and asked about my job experiences and how they related to the two positions to which I was applying. They were a bit out of my experience range, which is probably why I didn't get the position.
Initial recruiter call. Call with hiring manager. In-person round robin with 4 associates in different areas at the company - lasts about half a day. Reconnect with hiring manager. Final call with General Counsel.
