There is an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. This interview may seem a bit intimidating because you'll meet with multiple people during your time in the office; however, everyone's really nice and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I don't want to be misleading, but there may or may not be a third in-person interview. To say that if you do not get this one means you want get the job, is a stretch since I don't know the company and their process that well. However, there may be a third. Very comfortable and laid back process even though it is a lot. Also, they move pretty fast from one interview to the next, so stay by your phone and be flexible.
