I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft in Dec 2017
Interview
First of all- from the very first communications with Lyft, they were beyond helpful and very appreciative. They go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed at every step. Here is how my process went:
1. Phone interview with Local GM
2. Phone interview with a specialist at HQ.
3. Local interview with local team.
4. Interview on-site at an HQ, several interviews with a detailed presentation.
With all interviews, if its the right fit, it will not be a "difficult" process. The process was very thorough though, and I loved getting to know the team and brand at every stage. I marked the interview process as difficult just because if you don't know your foundational marketing elements, you may struggle with some of the experienced-based questions. If you're qualified and are a good culture fit- no worries!

Question 1
How might you position "Lyft Everywhere" in a scalable way for your market?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lyft (Seattle, WA) in June 2018
Interview
I applied online. HR phone screen was 4 days later. The HR lead seemed to think I was a good fit, so I had a Google hangout interview with the hiring manager a few days later. The manager and I had a good discussion about the business, but he ultimately went with another candidate because of my lack of management experience. No hard feelings, but I feel that this is something that should have been screened out by HR in the phone screen.
