I applied for a position in Nashville, currently living in California. The interview was held over the phone, due to a poor google hangout connection. I felt everything ran smoothly and was immediately put as easter by the warm nature of the interviews. The interviews were broken out into four 15 minute mini interviews, which gave me the opportunity to speak with several different teams leads. I think that process helps to reduce the amount of "group thinking" that san happen with larger panels.
Easy process with 3 15 min intervals with different team leads in the critical response department! First interval focused on me & what I can bring to Lyft. Second interval was a phone scenario. Third was a team lead one on one

Interview
You have a one on one interview with different managers and team leads. You will be presented with different interview styles from each person. Lastly you'll do a mock call where you will be the Critical Response Associate and the (caller) will have an issue.
