The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lyft (San Mateo, CA)
Interview
After getting a call from recruiter, I had my initial round onsite since I’m local. There was water, snacks, and welcome sign in the room. Met with two directors, both very professional, and well prepared, knowing my resume very well. I talked with a few other larger public companies as well recently, Lyft experience was definitely on the top list, very well organized.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lyft in Jan 2023
Interview
Quite straight forward. Spoke to HR and the person explained different levels etc. Very pleasant to talk to. The interview didn't go ahead of HR round due to salary and benefits. The salary wasn't up to the market with the role

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lyft (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
A couple of phone interviews, followed by a six interview round at the Palo Alto office.
The feedback showed concerns about my personality rather than technical or management capabilities. Made me think that is not a very inclusive place to work!
I've also been waiting for more than 3 months for them to reimburse me from expenses I incurred during the trip. Unacceptable!
