Sent in iphone pic of drivers license, insurance and car registration. Met in a group to see if we were sociable. did a background check. once passed small orientation leaving out that you are fired if passenger ratings fell below 4.8 out of 5. Sent out on your own to wing it.

Interview
You download the app, you start the application process, giving them your license plate #, social security, DL #, a Profile photo, Car insurance, TX Registration sticker info, and consent to a background check; when they've verified your info and your BG check has been cleared, then you're good to hit the road.
No interview just have a good driving record with a positive background check and everything should be good to go from there and wait a few days until you you get an email that your background and driving record is positive
No interview, just fill out driver application on app and go get registered in person. Super easy. Get insurance approval and car inspected. Your car must meet the vehicle requirements in order to begin driving.
