Contacted via LinkedIn, applied and got an interview with HR to know about my work experience, then HR told me there are 3 main stages:
• 1 Coding interview
•1 Onsite stage (that is remote) that includes coding interview, system architecture interview and behavioral interview
• 1 Manager interview
In the past I had opportunity to be interviewed in a FANG opportunity to this is the same style, I reached until the coding interview, in that one they guy just ask you about your work experience in 5 minutes and rest of time is a coding challenge, if you don't get the answer and you don't optimize the solution and also you don't share your thinking process, then you will not pass.
I did not make it to share a correct answer so I expected to not pass and I was correct because 2 days after I got a rejection email.
Benefits and salary are above the Mexican market so maybe studying and preparing a lot for this kind of interview deserves the try..
