Lyft Technical/Customer Support interview questions

Overall the process was good. Everyone was nice and very pleasant. The hardest thing was the scenarios but they said the person was rough. I didn't like how long it would take to hear back from someone or that the only way to communicate was via email. I'm a little sad I didn't get this job but understand.
