Extremely easy, wrote responses on a sheet of paper, was asked to repeat a few of the responses, I was shown a video of the company owner and then told when I would come in for my first day. It was mostly a formality, but it didnt tell me much about what I was going to be doing in my role.

Interview
they had our interview in groups, one round of testing data entry/ answering customer Questions on one of the platforms they use. The rest of the rounds were easy including a tour of the main building & areas we would be working in. Each round of the interview was done by managers of different areas and one with the owners themselves.
