Contacted by internal recruiter on LinkedIn, followed up with phone chat. Had initial interview with hiring manager within days, followed up by interview with position manager a couple of days afterwards. That was followed up by an onsite interview at company office ~1.5 wks later. Lyons arranged the flight and transportation and paid for it directly (which was great, as some companies require that you expense the cost and take their time paying you back). An offer was presented ~1 week later, apparently would have occurred sooner, except HR was backed up.
The onsite interview was quite laid back, felt like a group of guys talking shop. Excellent experience overall.
