Upon signing NDA not going to share the process, but will share my experience.
Process is geared towards bulk hiring and not conducive to the candidates experience. For an organization that works in mental health one would assume that it would be a psychologically safe experience. It is not. One would also assume that it is an inclusive company. It is not. Here’s where they lack - being on the spectrum, it is important that connection is established. Their process does not allow for connection. It is also absolutely ok to share your pronouns, but calling out others to share theirs is inappropriate. You are calling people out in front of others and goes against being inclusive. Reconsider your processes. From an organizations perspective, I would be concerned in contracting with your company.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lyra Health (New York, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process is structured and straightforward. Initial interview is with a recruiter who screens you and decides whether you move on. Second interview includes an opportunity to demonstrate your coaching skills to ensure they align with the company's values and guiding principles.
I enjoyed the interview process at Lyra health. They have an open communication about role expectation and responsibilities. It was fair, encouraging, well-supportive from start to finish. The staff was friendly. I would love to apply again, and commend them for meeting interviewee expectation.
