Lyris Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Panel interview with 7 people at once. With so many people in interview, and only 2 hours, most people hardly had a chance to ask more than 1 or 2 questions.

I had two phone interviews: an engineering manager, a software architect. I was asked on OOP concept in general, some projects I worked on, and some algorithm questions. For the onsite interview, interviewers focused on unit tests, design patterns, agile, and OOP. The interview process was pretty smooth and people were courteous.
