Lytro interview questions

very brief and superficial, not much of the strong tech questions, the manager came from Chicago to interview me and promised a telecommute arrangement that was not honored later

I applied online. The process took a couple weeks. I interviewed via phone calls in June. Most calls were about an hour long. The coordination for when to schedule an interview was open and I felt that a few interviews can be delayed. I liked that they were very direct and accommodating with their employee's schedules though. I also enjoyed how they went over the company's specific interests in the position they were looking to hire for.
