I applied online. I interviewed at Lytro (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
Recruiter call followed by technical phone screen and subsequent onsite interview. Onsite interview was about 4 hours long and I met with 4 different engineers for whiteboarding questions. Interview questions were not overly difficult and involved basic algorithms/architecture questions and writing C++ code.

Interview
I applied online. The process took a couple weeks. I interviewed via phone calls in June. Most calls were about an hour long. The coordination for when to schedule an interview was open and I felt that a few interviews can be delayed. I liked that they were very direct and accommodating with their employee's schedules though. I also enjoyed how they went over the company's specific interests in the position they were looking to hire for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about previous positions/projects, general software engineering problems to solve, and how I qualified for the position.
