Focused on previous experience, languages, territories and fit on the group - standard questions in 30 min sessions normally. Sometimes that the last interview can be handled by 2 people from Lytx - HR and Team lead or Team lead and same level colleague

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward, first call was with an HR recruiter who was absolutely amazing. From there we went through a panel involving about 4-5 panel members and a presentation. Everyone I spoke with made me feel very comfortable and I felt I was able to really portray who I am as an employee and a person. The process took 3 weeks
