This was the most awkward uncomfortable interview I've ever had.
Ok so first off, ignore the different titles online-, it's all just a simple sales job. They also have a structured interview. Google "sales job interview questions" if you want the answers ahead of time. They also record you the whole time. Before the structured interview, they record you FaceTiming them while asking very odd questions so be prepared. My advice to management would be to uncross your arms and unclench your cheeks, be less robotic, and try to have a different vibe... since the pay is lower, it helps to compensate that with a fun environment. It will also help you get to know someone's character which is most important.. It's very easy to find good sales people, as it can be taught to anyone who has the right traits... but you need to know how to look for them. Also, you should interview everyone the same way (same questions/tasks) regardless of their race, orientation, or gender to avoid legal repercussions. They also seemed very unprepared and disorganized. The interviews went well over the scheduled time, and I didn't want to be rude and stare at my watch. The base salary they offered was lower than what was posted on indeed. SO be prepared to negotiate, google basic sales questions, be on camera, and be prepared to be answer weird questions as well... put your charisma and enthusiasm away to mirror your interviewer. Also, make sure to ask about the sales team to make sure they are diverse.
