The interview process was super thorough. I had the opportunity to speak to so many people so I was able to get a robust idea of what the company culture is like!
The interviewers asked questions about my background and experience, why I’m looking to leave my current position and the current structure of my team. Asked if I had any questions for them at the end.

They switched role mid way through
No idea what they’re doing (realized after the fact)
Unfortunately I accepted and didn’t realize the horrible culture until it was too late. Had to stay at-least 6 months to not Pat back my bonus but would have left 2 months in.
