Everyone was really nice. If you go in and smile and explain you’ll work hard at the restaurant they need help at, you’ll probably get hired. Be prepared to work really hard though. As with most server positions, hourly pay sucks but the tips are good. so pros and cons
The interview process took a while to set up an itial interview, and was easy once I met with them. They asked how much experience I had, and I explained my experience.
