M-Way Solutions interview questions

After applying online, I was invited quite fast to the first call with the HR, which was profile-oriented. Second round was more technical with the team members, also online due to the pandemic. Apart from my experience, they also wanted to know who I am personally, which I found very nice. We had a great talk and they invited me one week later to a Trial day on-site. I was lucky to accept another offer before that (due to location preference), so unfortunately we did not proceed with the last step in the process. All in all, a very nice and friendly experience.
